Members of Beds YFC have just returned from a week skiing in Andorra. No bones were broken and only one person returned home with a limp and so it seems a good time was had by all.

We would like to encourage members to work with their local clubs to donate anything they can. It would be great to help a local cause at this time of year.

@nfyfc **COVID-19 UPDATE**⠀ Government announcem @nfyfc **COVID-19 UPDATE**⠀ Government announcements yesterday about new restrictions in England do not apply to YFCs, as they are exempt from the changes because youth work activity is classed as an essential service. However, NFYFC advises all clubs to exercise extreme caution when planning activities due to the rise in infection rates – and the Covid-Secure YFC Guide MUST be followed in full. ⠀ ⠀ Online activities and virtual AGMs are encouraged at this time. ⠀ ⠀ For more support and to download the guidance on the website at the link in our profile ⬆️⠀ ⠀ Please note guidance for clubs in Wales has been prepared and is with Wales YFC for final approval before being made available, following yesterday's announcements by the Welsh Government.⠀ Stay safe everyone. ⠀ ⠀ #YoungFarmers #Covid19 #YFCatHome

Up-cycle or repurpose an item of metal, wood, fabric or plastic. There are no size restrictions, and you can use whatever materials you have to hand. Details below! ・・・ **YFC Isolation Snapshot Challenge**⠀ 👉📷Cameras, phones and any other photographic devices at the ready as this week's YFC Isolation Challenge is to capture 'A moment in Isolation'. It's your chance to share a photograph depicting your time in isolation during the Covid-19 pandemic. ⠀ ⠀ There are no restrictions on how you take the photo and you can add filters, use photo editing software, if required, or just share the raw footage. We're looking for real moments in history – these can be funny examples of what life is like now or more thought provoking examples. You can set up a staged scene or share a photo of something you feel really reflects your isolation experience.⠀ ⠀ All we ask is that you share your photos on social media tagging the NFYFC Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter pages so we can share your photos more widely. The Young Farmers organisation is for young people between the ages of 10-26 with an interest in the countryside. Though you definitely do not have to be a farmer to be a member of one of our clubs. Bedfordshire YFC is one of many counties through out the UK that has clubs, currently we have over 400 members in 7 clubs.
