Tin Can Alley Sculptures 2016

You may have noticed a number of Tin Can Alley Sculptures scattered around the countryside since October.

This was part of a Bedfordshire Young Farmers County drive to get publicity and new members.Each club had to make a Tin Can Alley Sculpture using a least two oil drums, the sculptures are pictured below.

It was also a inter club competition and the results were:

1st – Silsoe Young Farmers with their jumping horse on the A507 near Flitwick

2nd – Leighton Buzzard Young Farmers with their metal cow and sculptured rugby posts

3rd – Biggleswade with their multi-coloured pigs

4th – Bedford YF with the Angel of Bedford

5th – Bluham with their Blunham Member

6th – Woburn with a tower of barrels in club colours
